Mercury 115 4 stroke

I have a new 05 mercury 115 4 stroke and can only get it to troll down too 2.3 mph. Is there a way to get it to troll slower? Someone told me I could adjust and idler screw on the motor. Is this true and if so, how do I locate it? Thanks for the help

I would not mess with any settings on your motor, talk to your dealer. Or go buy a drift sock. Last thing you want to do is mess up your motor. That said some newer EFI motors, they can set the idel speed down but the motor runs rougher at lower rpms. Try back trolling
