Heading to pickeral this weekend. Where do people fish for the crappies this time of year?? Mostly cpr just wanna mix it up a little. Any info appreciated.

Come on I know someone has been chasin the slabs..... Not interested in keeping any....prefer eyes and perch for eatin...I realize this area has taken some pressure the last ten years but mn has been taking it for a lot longer. W

Nobody wants to talk about the slabs...when they truly are just as big and bigger then URL!!! It is ok I leave in 4 hours and I will find them!!! Guess my lip will be just as tight!!

Sorry ratso, I've never really spent a lot of time on Pickeral on open water. Mostly ice.

I have also never fished pick in the open water. I would guess that the bay on the north end of the lake would be good for spring crappies. Just my 2 cents...
