Plastic Jig/Lure savers.....help

I had a couple packs of these nifty things and am running out. I can't find them anywhere.

To explain them, they are clear plastics maybe an inch and a half long and have a hole throught he middle on one end. You put this on the eye of the jig, and tie on your line. You then put the other part on the hook. Makes for a nice easy weedless rig.

Anyone know if they make something similar? Cabelas.com, basspro.com and numerous google searches turned up nothing similar.

YES! I guess I was using them incorrectly by putting them over the eye, but that is exactly what I am looking for.

Now that I know the name, I see them at basspro.
