I am a student on UW-River Falls and I have to write a letter to a legislator regarding an environmental issue. I want to discuss ATV use, and their possible environmental effects. Does anyone have a good site or place to obtain some facts on riding, both on legal and illegal lands. I am an avid rider, and I want to provide as many opportunities as possible without damaging lands to a point of no return. Thank you
