Shack Floor Ideas?

Hey folks, I am building a portable shack 8x8 I have the canvas and poles allready built but I need ideas for the floor? It will fold into 4x8 It has 1x4s for sides. My friend has the same shack and used 5/8ths plywood with 2x2 cross braces under for support. The thing is a mack truck, very heavy. I am wondering if you folks have any ideas how to lighten this floor up without loosing the stability? Are there any different materials I could use?

I've got 2 mack trucks myself. I don't even use them anymore because they are too heavy. Post in the Equipment-Expert Information forum. Those boys will have some ideas for you.
