trolling with 3-ways or not

just wondering what catches more walleye. trolling with 3-ways or trolling with out? with crankbaits. pros and cons with both. thanks

Some days one works better than the other. For deep water and looking to use a slower more vertical presentation and stick baits, I go with the three way set up. When I want deep and a little faster, I used lead core or longling shad raps/diving baits. To throw in another loop sometimes snap weights and planer boards are also used. The action on all are differnet and may trigger fish when the other will not. Trial and error usually is the best solution. I guess there is no simple answer or one solution, It just depends.
