Charging 12v parallel batteries

I have an on board charger hooked to 3 batteries. If I connect 2 batteries in parallel (12 volt) for the trolling motor, do I need to disconnect them before I start chrging them?

If you have a on board that is a 2 or 3 bank charger then just hook up and charge. You should not have to unhook batteries

on the three bank you just hook up each battery to each set of wires and you will be good to go. Three bank chargers are like having three different chargers that are seperate of each other. good luck
