Duck sightings

Last week I seen 3 different kinds of ducks in Duluth, mn. I snuck up on a pair of goldeneyes on Lk. Superior. Swimming along the beach. while I was watching them 3 commmon fish ducks came in and landed with them. Then on the way home from work the other day a flock about 50 mallards were gliding across the truck heading to open water. How many days till duck season starts. Just the sight of wings locked has got me all worked up

I have been seeing a few divers and mallards on a local river in the area. I think with the weather we had this winter alot of the local mallards in the area never left.

I seen a pair of goldeneyes about a week ago. Boy that drake was pretty. I've also been seeing a lot of canadian geese around. It must be all that open water on the big lake.

And theres only 7 months 15 days and twenty one and a half hours untill the duck opener. give or take a little. It's a little less untill the early goose season.
