hey all,

Last year someone posted some pics of an ingenious design for a tongue jack for a fish house. It was mad basically using some pieces of pipe and a regular winch. I've tried searching for it, but I can't find it. I remember this fellow didn't take credit for the design, it came on a house that he bought. Just wondering if anyone remembers this, or maybe a mod can search the database back further than just this year?...Any help would be appreciated. BTW I'm off to the big pond this weekend to see if it's as bad as I'm hearing.

I am also in the prestages of building my own castle for next years ice. My goal is 8x16 or bigger. I have a swap going to do the labor on the trailer. I just want the most perfect design for the set-up for tandem crank up and down simplicity, I have seen one that all cranks up and down at the tongue and would like more info or a plan with drawings. I was going to do it in december but wasn't prepared. I want to do it right, any help would be appreciated.
