Idea for a new product

Brittman, from what I remember is that his difficulty was proving the early documentation before Ford had documented this as an idea. Since he dad difficulty proving this with Ford, he had no right to pursue the others.

There is no guarantee in patents,rights. But the more documentation on dates, designs, materials, etc.. equate to a higher probability of patent awards. I think that is the basic message that is being conveyed.
