Waubay has about 12 inches of ice. Some places have about 8 inches of slush under the ice. There is about 6 inches of snow and slush on top of the ice. People are driving vehicles all over the lake, but I sure wouldn't recomend doing so.

Ice this past weekend by school bus point was 14 - 16 inches and 3-8 inches of snow on top. Good Clear Ice with melted snow for the top inch or so. Big full size trucks and 20 ft houses going all over the place. Fishing was very slow though.
