Pointer Training Video/DVD Recommendations?

Does anyone have a recommendation on a good video/dvd to get for training pointers for hunting, not just obiedience?

I think the George Hickox videos are good. Most of which is practical enough that a person with limited resources and land access can still do alot of what's in them.

I think the Ferrel Miller video is not so good.

The Gun Dog "training pointing dogs" video isn't too bad but some of the methods (whoa'ing) are a little out dated.

I've seen some good reviews on the Sherri Ebert "Training Setters and Continentals" tape but haven't watched it myself.
