Campfire Island Lodge on Rainey Lake

Has anyone fished out of Campfire Island Lodge on Rainey Lake? There HSOforum shows them to be smallmouth specialists.

I was just wondering if a week of fishing there was worth the extra expense?

If you want some of the best Smallmouth Bass fishing around without playing bumper boats on rainy lake, Check out Pipestone, crow, manitou, or some flyin bass lakes. There are only two resorts on pipestone lake, 2 on lower manitou, a handfull on crow, and at some of the flyins you will be the only cabin on the lake. Rainy is a good lake but there are 15+ resorts and houses and cabins just about all the way around it. Good Luck on your search.
