PORTABLE FISH HOUSE LIGHTS

Recently purchased the Voyaguer fish house and am looking for a good/battery efficient light for the house. Any suggestions would be great. I bought 2 - 6' rope lights from Cabela's, however it drained my vexilar battery in just over an hour. I don't think they are LED's and maybe that is part of the problem. Anyone have any good ideas or suggestions???? Thanks!
