Can anyone recommend a good place or a method for sharpening my Leech lake filet knife ?? I've had this knife for about 8 years now and use nothing else for filetting fish, but it's finally gotten to the point where I can't seem to keep a good enough edge on it anymore. Especially the backside edge. If you're familiar with these knives you know there's actually 3 cutting edges on it and if I try to work one of the edges really well I could damage one of the adjoining cutting edges. I sent an email to leech lake knives a month ago and haven't gotten any response. Any ideas / suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks !! Twitter
