This is my first post guys!! I love this site! So much knowledge! Can you answer my question though??!smirk.gif

Does anybody have a flipover with a bench seat?? Do you like it or would you rather have the individual swivel seats?? any other pros or cons?? Ive been thinking of getting a quick flip 2 and they sell them w/ the bench and w/o...if id get it w/o its 70 bucks cheaper but then i dont exactly know what to do for seating...does the bench on an eskimo attatch to the edge of the sled or does it go into the bottom of the sled?

And by the way...an otter isnt an option for me!! Just incase you are gonna sugest one!

I had a bench seat in my Frabill Twin and recently converted it over to the swivel seats. The seat wasn't padded all the way so that is the main reason I went with the swivel seats. Also, I like the fact that if I am going solo that I can just take one seat with as well and fish by sitting in the middle of my shack instead of on one side.

The eskimo's have a nice padded bench so you could go either way in my opinion.

Welcome aboard!

I have the two swivel seats in my fish house. I think they are great for two guys. But if I were to ever have another person in there, where would they sit?

If I had it to do over again I would go with the padded bench. I really don't know how much swivel a guy needs in the seat anyways.

What ever you decide have a great ice season!

The thing is, you cant order the eskimo with swivel seats...its bench or nothing...and as much as id like to, i dont get to spend the whole day on the ice so i supose i dont need the extreme comfort. Thanks a bunch guys!

I have a QF3 w/ the seats and I have sat on the newer ones w/ a bench and I think it is not very comfortable at all. Unfortunately they do not sell them with the two seats anymore. You might try and call Ardisam and see if they sell the replacement parts individually. If not I could probably take some pics and e-mail them to you so you could see what you would need if you try and fabricate it on your own.

For the guys that have an eskimo or decided not to get one, are there anyother pros or cons to the unit as a whole? All i need to do now is sell my clam and go buy one! THanks guys for all the help.
