retractable house

Does anybody know how thick the ice needs to be for a retractable fishhouse it weighs 2100' 6.5x14 pulled with a four wheeler?

personally, I have a 6x12 and won't go on any less than 6-8" of GOOD SOLID ice. not the stuff that's on the lakes now. I'm sure you have a good deal of $$ invested in your 4 wheeler and shack, just as I do, the last thing we want is to see them both at the bottom of the lake. I'd wait until 8" of ice before trying it.

Its better to wait, much easier to move around on top of the ice. I put the front end of a truck in once (long story) and that wasnt fun
