Marcum Charger???

Last year I bought an LX-3, greatest tool I own to fish with, never leaves my side, but the charger did.... I have a few other chargers around from things like cd players and the like, they fit in the adapter but they don't charge the battery and the screen reads out 0%. What is the problem that these chargers don't work even though they fit and what is differnt about Marcums chargers?

Or does anyone know where I left my charger at last spring?? grin.gif

The marcum charger puts out 13.5 volts. A non marcum charger that came with a spare battery was 12.7 volts. The original has the digital charger control and may not work with some others, but I expect you issue is the voltage. The 12.7 I have uses alligator clips to connecct to the battery terminals.
