Where is a good place to rent a ice house to do some ice fishing?

Can anyone recommend me somewhere to try out some icefishing? I do not mind staying in a reasonably comfortable ice house and renting it for a day or two and be out on the ice overnight. It will be like staying in a hotel and can be considered like a weekend trip out of town. Does anyone know of any good lakes and good icehouses? Thanks! Oh....and when can I expect to start renting ice houses?

Mille Lacs has plenty of resorts and outfitters that rent sleeper houses and I would suspect this year we will have good ice either side of Christmas week
