glendam
I had two strikemaster's break in two weeks time last year. On the third trip to the store I went with a Jiffy!
Corey Bechtold
Check out the Nils Master if you are looking for light. There is a special running through Outdoor Pro Store until 11/30/05 if you are interested. Good luck, Corey Bechtold
kylouie
I also had a new strike master and had the coil break last year. Great for cutting the ice but your out of luck when something like that happens.
Northlander
You wont find a lighter/faster auger than the Nilsmaster. I ran mine last winter and it just got better with time. Blades are still razor sharp. Well worth the money spent.
goodyy7
I have the lightweight Jiffy 2hp and love it. Never had a problem with it and it has cut more holes than any auger should in 3 seasons of hard use. Love it. Fired up the second pull after the summer off....without any end of season "summerizing" or fuel stabilizer (like I should have used). Love it!goody
serpentthedeadsea
Just keep the Jiffy. Dont be a little wimpy. LOLOLOL !!! Dont forget you'll need at least 15" of ice before you drive out and you'll need at least 4" of ice before you walk out.
