Dogzlife000
I've had an Aquavu for a couple of years now and I'm interested in purchasing a Mopod. For those out there that have one of these, what do you think of it? Does it work well? Is it reliable? Is it capable of making very slight left/right adjustments? Any input from those who have one would be much appreciated.Pete
30 inch eyes
I have used one for the past 2 years now. They work pretty good, unless you use a flip over house and put the camera on the outside of the house, sometimes the hole freezes up and then you can't adjust it. I'm going to try 2" blue board insulation over the hole to keep it from freezing. I have the camera facing my bait, not down viewing. Now that I own a camera, I wish I would have bought the marcum which rotates inside of the housing and not the whole camera head. you can't down view with them too easy, but I rarely use it that way anyway. 76k20
I bought one last year and I am pleased with it. It does turn the cam slow enough to accurately aim. I usually set mine up outside the portable but on exceptionally cold days I set up in the portable.
