On 11/06/05 I was leaving Winona Hwy. 61 north pulled over to get a dog of the road that was dodging traffic. The dog had no tags so I loaded it up and asked the houses in the area the dog did not belong to any of them nor did they no anyone who owned a chocolate lab in the area. I did not want to bring the dog to the pound for the fear of what might happen to it. So if anyone out there knows anyone that lost a lab in that area. Please contact me with the sex of the dog and the type of collar it was wearing and we can arrange to get your dog back. Email me at [email protected] if you lost your dog. Thanks Phil
