MN Tulibee

Can anyone put me on some Tulibee? I love to panfish with light tackle and want to persue tulibee. If anyone else out there fishes these fish consistently, please contact me.

Little Long Lake in Ely, MN.

May be a far drive for you from S.D. But....

The tulibee in this lake are huge. I have caught many, and my buddy caught one just shy of the MN state record. 5pounds.

The state Record is 6 pounds or so.

The lake is also full of BIG pike and BIG walleye. The lake is not fished much. Its about 5 miles north of Ely.

I have personally seen an 18, and 23 lb northern come out of this lake.

The lake is full of sunfish and smelt.
