Montana Antelope, Mulies 2006

My every other year Montana hunting group has fallen apart over the last couple years for various reasons. I'd like to find another small group of guys to go out to Montana and hunt antelope and mulies every other year or so. This would a self organized hunt based on ATV and foot travel. I'm Twin Cities based, anybody interested in talking about it...

I'd love to go, but my own trips out west have fallen apart for various reasons too, mostly due to most of us having young kids now. Come to think of it, my MN hunting has pretty much fallen apart too

What part of Montana? I've got relatives in SE Montana and have been thinking of hunting around there when I go out to visit.

I'd like to get back to SE Montana someday. Hunted antelpoe there in '87 and '88. We did great.

Have lost hunting buddies along the way also. I used to live in Chaska, Mn. (twin cities) but now live in Colorado, but could meet up there. (Ekalaka, MT.)

East - southeast Montana. There's a lot of huntable land out there, both public land and private land enrolled in the Block Management program. The last time I went, after we filled the big tags we shot a lot of pheasants...

I'm headed to the cabin now to hang some stands and won't be back till Sunday but let's keep this thread going and get a group together for '06 !
