Chessies

Had my chessie out yesterday morning. Killed a 15 lb canada goose. This is her making the retrieve. I love chessies!

Done right, it's hard to beat a chessie. They can be great dogs and are sure fun to watch hunt.

I have a 5yr old female and she is wonderful in the field. We have already downed about 10 geese this year and actually limited out once in a flurry! she has gone way out and gotten every one in the middle of some of the worst swamps and bogs around. She loves the work and does not tire. Always wants to go for more.(she is not familiar with the possession limit rules!!) Great picture!
