Does anyone know if it's easy to replace a broken power valve cable on a 2002 ZR500. Or is that one of those things that is better left to someone who actully knows what they're doing because of adjustments and other things that might need to be done?

If your somewhat mechanically inclined and don't mind getting your hands a little dirty, give it a whirl, they're not that complicated. We've actually had to deal with them when we have been in the mountains riding, tore them apart right on the spot. If I'm not mistaken, one of the main things is to make sure the valve is going back in the same way you pulled it out.
