dmoore
We just came back from Morson. Crappies were spotty. We did very well up by Thompson Creek, out from shore 28-30' deep. We use crappie rigs with a minnow on one hook and a jig or white twister tail on the other. We have been finding crappies in a lot of different places. Try any bay with deep water and try to find the soft bottom area. Hope this helps. We didn't find the fish at Hay Island yet. Water temps were around 65 degrees. Still plenty warm. Fireman13
We were up there two weeks ago. Crappies were tough to come by. Walleyes were plentiful. Found fat 13" fish in 28'-33' on rocks with current. Bigger fish 17"+ in 17'-21' near weeds and current.
