Actually,I hope to get out one more time so,a more appropriate title would be,2nd to the last time out.Anyway,I fished the Vermillion river on Monday and was disappointed with with the number of fish caught and seen,as well as the size.Caught 4 trout,1 chub and 1 small northern,lost another small northern as well.Two of the trout were about 11" to 12 " and the other two were 16",maybe 18".I saw one other small trout...saw no big fish.I sure hope the c&r proposal passes on this stream.Does anyone have an update on it?
