ice_shack
I figured I would post this here because everybody I have talked to says "I didn't know you could do that".Every year about this time I head to the farm market and get a mess of jalapeno peppers cause there ripe for the picken. I get both green and red but traditionally your supposed to use red ones. Cut the stems off and slit them open and put them in the smoker. About 200* until dry using any wood but I like mesquite. You would be amazed at what this does to the flavor of chilli and other foods! Grind them up to a powder or use them whole. MT Net
Thanks, I'm sure to give this one a try!I love smokey flavor of Chipolte Tobasco. My boss and I use up 1/2 a bottle of Chipolte Tobasco sauce during lunch on our Fajita burritos at Chipolte.Hot and spicey!
