Portable Fish House - fits Corolla trunk ??

....not all ice fishermen own trucks...Is there a portable, one person fish house that can fit into the trunk of a Nissan or Toyota ??? By the way, a 4 foot plastic sled is too large to fit into most of these trunks...thonks....

What are the dimensions of your trunk?

I did see someone yesterday w/ the house stickin out the back of the trunk w/ the lid tied down.

Can you fold the back seat down? I had this same issue and I bought a 4x6 clam, I think it folds to 4x3 or so and I had no problem fitting this into my Accord with the seat down,...no I own a truck so it isn't a problem, but with out being able to put the seat down it is going to be tough.

I used to own a Horizon and the house that I have fits 2 and fit in the trunk quit easily. I also have a one man sled that w/ a little tinkering would be able to be dismantled. I got it a K-mart.

....that trunk is 45 inches across and about 3 feet deep.....

The only one that would be close to fitting that I've found so far is from Frabil.

Are you still looking for a house? You might be able to fit the Clam I am selling in there, it might be tight but very close. I would be willing to let you stop by and try it out if you are in the area. I am asking $125 for it, its in the for sale forum.
