Anybody Built House On a Drop Down Trailer Yet? How Do?

The drop down trailer seems like the best think to come along since electric fillet knife!? Thinkin about dropping the $ on a bare bones 7x12 (should I go 7x14?) trailer and then puttin up frame ect. I work for a Co. that designs and custom produces extruded aluminum framed modular cleanrooms. This stuff seems ideally suited to make a really unique Fish House.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
