WHAT GIVES WHEN HEATER WORKS FINE UNTILL WARMED UP THEN STARTS SPITING OUT RAW GAS THEN STARTS FLAMEING? IT MAKES A NOISE LIKE WATER HITTING IT.

It sounds like your LP tank has been overfilled. Take the heater off and bleed a little gas out of the tank and try your heater. If that isn't it, you could have a bad regulator.

Had the same thing with mine over the past few weeks. I was running it off a 20 pound tank that must have some moisture or something in it. I switched it over to an old 5 pounder I had and it works fine, this of course after exchanging the heater about 3 times. Try a different tank, and if it cures the problem, just have your other tank purged. Good luck.
