How do I get a dandy picture under my name?

Haven't messed around with my settings much but would like to put a picture of one of my recent catches on my avitar. How do I do this?

I suggest you look under the 'photo sharing' board and look for posts on how to post pictures and avitars. It's not that difficult once you figure it out, but if you need assistance just ask your questions on the 'photo sharing' board and lots of people will help you out.
