Red River - Selkirk

How is the water level of the Red in the Selkirk, Monitoba area? I heard it was really high. I'm heading up there at the end of this month and hope it's fishable.

Snagger: The Red at Lockport is dropping and should be fishable by even the inexperienced ones like Rusty. It is fishable now but U have to fish the shorelines but the fish are hungry. The floodway should be fishable by then and if so hit it big time then.
