Hey fellas,

I was wondering if anybody from here has heard of or owned one of these. I was just told that i could buy one for 250 with everything on it. Its a 1999 model and its in super good shape. Would this be a good investment or not? Any help would be appriciated!! Korey

Are you an experienced archer. The reason I ask this is because the Ultramax has a fairly short brace height, of only 6-1/8". This would be a poor choice for an inexperienced archer. The Ultramax is a very fast bow and has an A to A of 36" +/-. It has a slider cable guard and not a roller guard. I would recomend that you shoot this bow or any bow, before you buy it. Fogot to tell you that it is a very light bow, at about 3.25 pounds bare.

I have a 1997 Ultramax. I still use it, never had any reason to get a new one. It is the best bow that I have owned to date. It can be a little unforgiving if you haven't shot much.
