estimate weight?

Any ideas on general length to weight measurements for carp? I've caught a few around 32 inches and wondering how big those actually are. I suspect around 10 pounds, but i really have no clue..

I was wondering the same how big would a 38 incher with 22 girth be.....

I bought a digital scale for around 20 dollars over at Dick's. Works great, biggest I've weighed so far was around 17 lbs., 33 inches.

Carp are a tough fish to guess by length.. some are shaped like a football.. others are skinny.. I have seen 34" fish go 8 pounds, and others go 20.
