Minnesota bird book

Recently I've seen this book

in bookstores and at the NWRs in MN. Birds of Minnesota and Wisconsin by Bob Jansson. I picked it up and flipped through it, and it is definitely the most thorough Minnesota-only bird book I've seen anywhere. I have all of the continent-wide guides; Peterson, Sibley, National Geographic, Kaufmann, etc., but if I was going to get a book for just Minnesota, I think this would be it (I prefer artwork guides to photo guides for several reasons)--and under $20 (buy it at a refuge--Rice Lake and others has it--and they get part of the proceeds). Just thought I'd mention it.

very good! I like the wit! I don't know why I came up with that name??? I think because I like using buzzbaits when I'm fishing or something like that.
