How long for a cut to heal?

My GSP got a nasty cut at some point while running in the woods/field on Saturday. She tore a hole in her shoulder that I could have put three fingers into and had a big ol' flap of skin hanging down.

The vet cut off the flap and stitched her up. She also installed a drain which will hopefully come out tomorrow.

So, how long will my girl be down? She's acting about 90% now. So, it would take a long time to heal if I didn't hold her back from exercise.
