loosegoose
Has anyone heard of or have any information/opinions on Dukar dirt bikes?
SCUMFROG
Never even heard of them? Were are they sold? Are you talking about the bikes used in the Dukar rally?
Macgyver55
Are these the ones they sell on hsolist for $450 to $875?Never seen one in use, but just for the sake of future repair and maintenance I think I would stay with a major brand. Even simple replacement parts may become a hassle in a short time.
loosegoose
I see a place in Paynesville sells them. Not sure if they provide parts and service or not though. I'll have to give them a call. I would like to stay with a name brand bike but these are about 1/3 the price or less of a name brand.

SCUMFROG
Get a Yamaha TTR-125LE or one of the other TTR's. I have a 125L and I love ripping down the fire roads and trails with it. They are light and fast, and with some bolt ons you can really make them fly. You also have piece of mind that if it breaks down you can take it in and get it fixed.
