Mechanic for older outboard

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good mechanic for an older outboard? My 12 horse elgin needs a tuneup and the carb probably also needs to be looked at, right now it has no spark!

If you run out of ideas, try the Vo-Tech, at Anoka, Faribault, or Alexandria. Sometimes the teacher may know who to send it to, or bring it in to have a student look at it.
