I was looking at buying a used one tonight for $175 but I do not know anything about it.

Not really familar with them but that sound pretty high to me. I know you can get used Vexilar FL 8 from 150-200 and in my mind they are better. They give you a 3 color display rather than just a gray screen. If it were up to me I would get a vex instead. look on the items for sale forums and there should be something there in terms of a used vex.

I just bought one for $75.

i have one and love it...however, $175 seems a bit steep. i would think you could find one for $100 or less.
