Universal sonar, does it work with an LX3?

I have a Minnkota with universal sonar. Does anyone know if this works with Marcum products. I would like to use my LX3 for my boat this year.

Unless you know of someone who can make an adaptor for you the LX3 is not compatible with the Minnkota Universal Sonar.

I spoke with one of the "higher ups" at Minnkota regarding this and he said if they did come out with one it wouldn't be this season, but he thought that Marcum would custom make them. I haven't had the time to check with Marcum yet, so if anyone hears anything first, please let me know too!
