hip_hop_fisherman
yes, they sell them idividually, light, medium, medium-heavy 4.99 I'm in no way trying to put down St Croix products. Maybe its just the troubles I've had with spring bobbers, but I just don't care for them myself. And $50 to me with no reel is a little pricy. Some of my favorite ice fishing rods I have are the cheap HT ultra lites. I also like my frabill sensive xl, which I was able to put a 6 ball bearing Abu Garcia on for under $50 and it got me through this season beautifully. One of the best seasons I've had. Everybody has their own preferences, and when it comes to personal preference people can be hard headed like myself

Bruce Mosher
Thanks for all the good remarks about the Ice Buster Bobbers!! Last week we were fishing on Upper Red Lake and had to use a trimmed down 3" Ice Buster Bobber. The Crappies were biting so light that I would barely feel a tap (or just weight of the fish) and lose the Crappie. I clipped on a small Ice Buster and trimmed it to the water line and then when they bit - we caught! I've used spring bobbers in the past. Everything has its place and time. For Spring Crappies don't forget about the Wave Buster Bobber! IT also has alot of features fit for Crappies to Walleyes! Bruce Mosher
