Update on the hearings at the Senate and House.

Senate:

Senator Marty's bill (SF720) was killed by a 7 to 4 vote. Senator Marty adjourned the meeting immediately

which stopped Senator Bakk from submitting his bill

(SF1442).

House:

Representative Hackbarth's bill, HF1547, which is supported by ATVers, passed out of the policy committee.

Keep in contact with your Senators and Representatives.

The House will be having a hearing which includes a bill supported by ATAVM, HF1547.

provided.
