Both the Senate and House Environment and Natural Resources

Committee's have scheduled hearings.

SENATE:

Environment and Natural Resources Committee

Monday, March 14, 2005

Chair: Sen. John Marty

12:00 Noon - 2:30 p.m.

Location: Room 107 Capitol

S.F.1066-Ruud: DNR OHV gas tax study.

S.F.1047-Marty: DNR OHV bill.

Presentation on the following bills:

S.F.720-Marty: OHV enforcement bill.

S.F.1356-Saxhaug: Aitkin County OHV Park.

S.F. 1406-Stumpf: OHV forest classification.

S.F. 1442-Bakk: OHV trail development.

There will be no public testimony on these bills until all

four have been presented by their chief authors. At that

time, each side will have 45 minutes to offer testimony.

If necessary, the hearing will be continued in room 107 at

5:30 p.m.
