Any one have any info on this company (or are they not in business anymore) ? I need parts or any information...HELP!!!

check out iboats dot com they have some very knowledgeable folks out there on boats and motors. I am guessing someone there can get you some kinda solution.

I don't remember for sure but it might have ben bought out.

The only company for products like this in MPLS area is Marinetech, and they make Panther plates.
