On Board Charger ?

Hopefully someone can give me an answerer.

I have a factory lund 2 bank charger.
I can hear it buzz when I plug it in, but the LED indicators do not light up and the batteries don't charge.
Can this be fixed or will I have to buy a new charger?

Thanks. Chris I will look for a fuse tonight before I go fishing.
It has been kind of a bummer to have to charge the batteries with a charger.

P.S I am still not quite over my trip up to your neck of the woods In sept. I lost a piggie on Sunday. Oh well, we learned and will get em next year!
