We went thru Rainy River crossing last Summer. All 3 of us had DWI's. Mine was in 1984, my brother has 4 of them. His most current was 1995 and our friend had 1 that was within the last 5 years. Although all of us have been through rehab and have embraced sobriety our friend could not cross. The border guard said even if our friend had did the paper work there would be VERY LITTLE chance he would get thru.
