wildirishrose
I have emailed and called the CO DNR about application times and hunting dates several times concerning out of state licenses and have not received any answers. Just wondering when the deadlines are and if there is anyone else I could contact for information. I have relatives in the Rifle area and would like to bowhunt (would go with a rifle, but prefer the stick and string). Any info is appriceated. Thanks, Eye Guy

wildirishrose
Thanks Jim Bob, but they don't seem to keen on returning emails (they won't send me the regs for some reason) so I'll ask you. What is the opener for 05 Elk archery/rifle opener? Will my advanced hunter training course work for CO (my # is P009758 MNDNR)My address has changed from what is on the card, do I have to have it changed or will it still work? Do I have to apply or can I buy my tag over the counter? Thanks, Adam

Jim Bob
I picked up the brochure today. The applications have to be postmarked by April 5th. Some licenses can be bought over the counter others are draw, depending on what and where you are hunting. The archery season dates are 8/27 to 9/25. They also have 4 seperate rifle dates. If I can be of any other help just holler.
