natebuddy
Went down to Iowa yesterday for one last shot. 6 guys finished up with 12 roosters. And lost a couple. We hunted by spencer, got up over 200. One of those awesome Iowa hunts. Hens everywhere. One rooster in every 20 hens jumped. Very Very jumpy. They would bail out of the field when we came over the hill or got out of the trucks. A friend of mine caught one by hand that was burrowed under a snow drift. We didn't know if it was a hen or rooster until he pulled it out. It was a hen and he through it in the air and flew away. Thats something I'll never forget.
